HOW THE COLLABORATION WORKS

INQUIRY & ENGINEERING

We are always prompt in responding to your inquiry. And we might contact you actively for any potential project. We will make DMF report and instuct you to optimize your design basing on manufacturablity. Then we make engineering prototype for design check.

MOLD TOOLS DESIGN

Our engineer will make tools design by using your confirmed 2D&3D drawings. Use MasterCam/CAD to develope and construct the tool model for moldflow analysis.

BUILD MOLD TOOLS

Our tool line will produce out all tool components with precise CNC, wire cutting, EDM and regrinding machines.These componets are plates, cores, pins, sliders,injection runner, water channel, locks, etc......

MOLD SAMPLING

We will arrange trial run for injection. It takes from T1 to TN till you confirm the sample. Our QC will inspect the production with full dimemsions checking via 3D measurement equipment.

MOLD OPTIMALIZATION

We will double check the tools and reduce the risk of damage during transportation, optimize the tool to be more convenient to use.

HANDOVER OF THE TOOL

Final tool will be packed with wooden box to deliver if custumer need the tool only. Or we will keep it in our injection center for serial prodcution. Products will be well-packing in carton box.
